Baccalaureate Mass & Reception

Each semester, St. Augustine Catholic Student Center
offers a Baccalaureate Mass and reception for all graduates. Whether they are
obtaining bachelor's, master's or professional degrees, graduates
are invited to be recognized in this special Mass. The graduates should meet at
5:15 p.m.
in the Parish Lounge wearing their caps and gowns.
A reception will follow the Mass in the Parish
Lounge. Family and friends of the graduates are encouraged to visit
the Student Center to celebrate with the graduates.

Your child is also invited to the
Class of 2008 Grad
Events and
End-of-the-Semester Events. Please encourage them to attend.

listed for Spring Graduation weekend, but you can use the phone numbers provided
to check availability for the weekend of our Baccalaureate Mass as well.

-- Mass at St. Augustine Church
The Baccalaureate Mass will introduce you to the liturgy in which your child
has participated during their time in Gainesville.
6:30
p.m. -- Reception
We'll have some appetizers, desserts and drinks available in the parish Lounge.
This is a good opportunity to take pictures of the graduates in their caps and
gowns and for them to mingle with friends and family on this special occasion.
