For Our University-Parish Community

Every Wednesday, from 7:00pm until 10:00pm in the Upper Room of Hurley Hall.

We are Catholic women who meet monthly to:

• Enrich our spiritual and intellectual lives by discussing books related to our religious faith and practice as well as concerns of the world today. Books are chosen by consensus of the members and are read critically with an open mind and a Catholic spirit. 
• Support parish educational activities highlighting the historic and contemporary role of women in the Church. 
• Share the fellowship of other women on our spiritual journey. 

We meet upstairs in the Student Center from 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. one Sunday a month (usually the fourth Sunday). Interested women are welcome to attend any or all meetings. Contact Kathy Kidder (378-0562) for further information.

For professional and family caregivers of elderly parents, adult spouses, children, relatives, etc.  In an encouraging atmosphere, the group provides a chance to network with other caregivers and offers the opportunity to share personal experiences, resources, and information helpful to caregiving situations. For more information, contact Anne Funkhouser at (352) 372-3533 or marriage@staugustine.cfcoxmail.com. 

Meeting Times

Meets bi-monthly on a Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. in the Dorothy Day Room of Hurley Hall for a pot-luck dinner. In addition, the group will gather on the following dates:

October 1, 2010
December 17, 2010 (location of this meeting to be determined)
