Nueva Alianza Officers

Senior mechanical and aerospace engineering major from Port St. Lucie, Fla. I started going to the weekly Nueva Alianza meetings the first week of my freshman year. I also went on the Alpha Retreat in my first semester and felt an incredible urge to serve God and the St. Augustine community, who gave me so much in so little time. I became more active in Nueva Alianza, along with the other student ministries and the Alpha Retreat. I like listening to music, playing music, organizing social events, attending social events, attending various St. Augustine student ministries.

Sophomore mathematics major from Miami Gardens, Fla. The Alpha retreat introduced me to many Catholic students as well as the organizations. I enjoy spending time with friends,making new friends, and always having something to do and some place to go.My hobbies include drawing, watching movies, and going to the gym.

Historian: Ana Lopez

Senior Elementary Education major from West Palm Beach, FL I began getting involve in St. A’s after going to the amazing Alpha retreat. St. A’s provides the opportunity to make friends, serve the community but most important to serve our Lord. I started attending Nueva Alianza meetings and met amazing people. I made the decision of becoming an officer because it is now time to give back to the community. Some of your hobbies: reading and watching movies.

Third year Ph.D. Student in Computer Engineering from San José, Costa Rica After a year of being on and off in the St. Augustine's community, I went on the Alpha retreat, and decided that my commitment to this community needed to be real. I started going consistently to Nueva Alianza meetings, and started offering my services to help with music by playing guitar and singing. Here, I found my home away from home.
