God calls us to lend a helping hand to the community. At St. A's strive to incorporate servant leadership into our daily lives by working together to help others. The student service ministry welcomes new service project ideas! We would like to incorporate more service projects throughout the school year so that we can help others as God calls us to do each day.
In previous years we have participated in service projects like:
- collecting food for the St. Vincent de Paul Society
- cooking dinner for the residents of St. Francis House
- making Christmas Tree Angels to collect gifts for children who come from migrant farm worker families
- participating in Gator Plunge
- singing at Friends Across the Ages Birthday Celebration
- working at Habitat for Humanity
- holding blood drives for LifeSouth

Thank you to all you donated blood on Nov. 1st. We were able to collect 37 pints! Thanks for helping to save lives. This semester our goal is 50 pints. The date is set for March 20, 2012. So save your blood and keep your iron up!
