Student Music Ministries

The student music ministries at St. Augustine invites students of any and all musical ability (piano, guitar, vocals, percussion, etc.) to share their talents with the rest of the community! There are plenty of opportunities to get involved.

Student Ministries, such as Catholic Student Fellowship and Nueva Alianza will have their own music ministry that will be present at weekly gatherings for praise and worship.

Retreats that happen once a semester, such as Alpha and F.I.R.E, also have music teams that will be present on the weekend of the retreat to provide music for mass, praise and worship, and adoration.

Other special music ministries include Tuesday mass at 5:30, Mass on the Grass, and Santa Fe College Fellowship.

The student music ministries have come a long way in the past year, and your involvement is essential to keep it growing! Come share your musical talent with the rest of the community as well as with others who share your passion! That is when the best music is made. For it is written: “The trumpeters and singers joined in unison, as with one voice, to give praise and thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, they raised their voices in praise to the LORD and sang: ‘He is good; his love endures forever.’” 2 Chronicles 5:13.
